In 2017, Cheryl and I presented an art exhibit called “A Dance With Entropy”. One of the layers of the exhibit was to point out the “Armchair Critic” that we photographers – and artists all – endure. Leading up to the exhibit, I had shared a photo on Facebook — one of my favourites, and even stated so in the caption of the photograph. A local resident commented “Why would you bother — there’s not even a horse?” — which I thought to be … well … UGH!! So I used her line to create this faux-critique.

Fast forward to the opening night of the exhibit and doesn’t SHE show up!! And stand right in front of this piece of art …
